Role Responsibilities
Develop a specialised technical career at Ron Hill Automatics by mastering automatic transmission engineering and custom vehicle modifications through comprehensive on-the-job training.
01 Transmission Specialist
Diagnose, service, and repair automatic transmissions with full training provided.
02 Performance Engineering
Perform transmission upgrades and modifications with full training provided.
03 General Mechanical
Conduct basic engine management diagnostics and repairs.
04 Driveline Knowledge
Carry out drive-line diagnostics and repairs.
05 4WD Customisation
Install a range of 4WD accessories.
06 Workshop Standards
Assist in maintaining a well-organised workshop.
Application Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least four years of experience as a mechanic.
- The right to work in Australia (Australian resident or valid work rights).
- A positive attitude that enhances our team culture and work environment.
- A willingness to learn our systems and workshop software.
- A presentable, professional appearance.
- The ability to work unsupervised and prioritise tasks efficiently.
