- Are organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple tasks

Role Responsibilities
01 Customer Service
02 Bookings & Job Administration
03 Customer Communication
04 Payments & Invoicing
Process deposits and payments, assist with invoices and confirm payment before vehicle release.
05 Data Management
Create, update and audit job, lead and customer records to maintain accurate business data.
06 Office & Team Support
Maintain a clean, organised front office and provide administrative support where required.
Application Requirements
We are looking for someone who can confidently step into a busy customer-facing environment, stay organised and maintain a high standard of accuracy and professionalism.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in reception, customer service or administration
- The right to work in Australia
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence using computers and learning new software
- A professional and presentable approach
- The ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload
